How it works – as easy as 1,2,3
STEP 1: Selection
To order a Limelight Resume, simply select from one of our professional design styles and then proceed to our pricing/order page. Once you are ready to finalise your order, click on View Cart and continue with the Check Out process. The secure Place Your Order form is where you will nominate the design for your resume, upload your existing resume, and provide us with as much additional information that you think may be helpful in the creation of your resume.
STEP 2: Payment
After submitting your details, you will be directed to our secure PayPal payment page where you can enter your VISA/Mastercard details. Alternatively, if you have an existing PayPal account, you can login to use your own nominated credit card or bank account. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a Tax Invoice via email from Limelight Resumes containing a Tax Invoice number which you can quote to us anytime to check on the progress of your order. This invoice will show your payment to Limelight Resumes and is confirmation of your order. Then the rest is up to us!
STEP 3: final resume
Limelight Resumes will collate all of the information and schedule a time with you for your phone consultation. This is where we will find out more about you, your specific work experience, strengths, achievements and career aspirations. We also offer career and interview coaching services. As soon as we have all of the relevant information, we will email to you a 1st draft copy of your resume for your approval. You will have several opportunities to make any changes. Once the 2nd draft is approved by you, we will then email to you the final resume as an MS Word and PDF file. For those who have chosen the 'Gold Package', your career/interview coaching consultation will be scheduled once your order is received. The details for your LinkedIn Profile will also be discussed in your phone consultation.

Additional information
If we require any additional information, we will contact you via email or phone. We may require information on the types of positions that you are currently looking to apply for now or in the near future. It is best to supply us with as much information as possible.
Turnaround time
The average turnaround time for your professionally designed resume is between 4 and 5 business days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of payment. We do offer 48 hour turnaround times for an additional fee.
Revisions
All prices quoted include up to 2 revisions. All revisions ideally should be supplied within 5 days of your first draft. Further amendments will incur additional fees and may delay your final resume. Limelight Resumes offer a 4 to 5 business day (Monday to Friday) turnaround from receipt of your payment. To ensure that we meet our deadline, it is important that you respond to any questions or queries we may have as soon as possible.
If you are an existing Limelight Resumes customer and you need to make a change to your Limelight Resume, please contact us to obtain a quotation. Any changes are charged at $44.00 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge.
Our guarantee
We are dedicated to working with you until you have the result that you want. We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new resume after we have worked through to the final draft, we will recreate it for you. Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving the final documents and we will re-write them for free.
