The founder of Limelight Resumes and Limelight Career Coaching, Bronwen has been creating professional resumes and providing personalised career counselling for Australian job seekers since July 2000. She began her career as a Graphic Artist then found herself being drawn into a variety of human resources roles within the printing, automotive and customer service industries. It is through these experiences that Bronwen decided to take the step to change her own career direction and pursue opportunities that enabled her to help others to make positive changes, overcome employment barriers and achieve career satisfaction.

Bronwen’s resume writing expertise and demonstrated success in creating career success for her clients has earned her a solid reputation as one of Australia’s leading professional resume writers. Bronwen has been invited to present resume writing and interview coaching workshops at Kogarah and Sutherland Library in Sydney and consistently receives positive feedback from satisfied clients.

In 2011, Bronwen introduced Limelight Career Coaching with the aim of helping her clients uncover their talents/interests, teach them how to embrace and manage change, overcome career obstacles, develop networking skills and successfully navigate a path to lifelong career fulfilment. Limelight Career Coaching uses the Careers Fast Track ‘Career Management System’ as this is a proven method of effectively establishing an individual’s true interests and values to enable them to succeed and grow throughout their chosen career.

Bronwen recently completed her Graduate Certificate in Career Development at Swinburne University and is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), Association of Online Resume and Career Professionals (AORCP) and Career Directors International (CDI).
